how do you work out energy efficiency if you are not given the mass of the object or the GPE or KE?

All i know is that a rollercoaster drops a vertical distance of 64m from rest and that its actual speed at the bottom is 32.5m/s but its theoretical speed at the bottom is actually 35 m/s but some speed is lost because of air resistance or friction making it 32.5 m/s.
